The Pill Box Reminder

The Pills Box Reminder is a medicine box aimed at children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The box includes electrochromic displays on each of its four compartments (breakfast, lunch, mid-afternoon, dinner), which are activated based on the schedule established by a supervisor via a mobile app. The design aims to encourage and motivate users, contributing to their autonomy and satisfaction. Via the app, 4 schedules can be programmed. At the scheduled time, the corresponding display (for breakfast, lunch, mid-afternoon or dinner) turns blue and remains on for 30 minutes.
